My boyfriend swears by these. At first I thought you could get beard stuff anywhere but after looking in shops & online there literally isn’t anything that comes close. The scents are very unique and rich smelling, they don’t have weird chemical or damp smells like some I’ve smelt in tk maxx. And he says they actually hold his beard in place.
This is a small business so I understand the pressures of busy holiday times affecting delivery. The owner goes above and beyond to make customers happy (like he has for us) I’ll keep stocking up for gifts as long as they’re open. Give them a chance cause I’ve never had a bad experience!

His latest email threatens to basically close the business as he’s getting no support and nobody is buying his products which he believes should be “flying off the shelves” sounds like he’s burnt his bridges with his customers in my opinion

Understand there had previously been some customer dissatisfaction, but this is now my second order and I received it within two days.
Not only that, but I inquired about a scent that was had rece
ntly been withdrawn and was able to have a personalised order made up and dispatched that very same day! And at a very reasonable price too.
Honestly, I don’t know what else I can add, whatever problems might have existed in the past have definitely been rectified, and I’ll definitely be ordering again in the near future!

Fantastic customer service! Very well done!

Understand there had previously been some customer dissatisfaction, but this is now my second order and I received it within two days.
Not only that, but I inquired about a scent that was had recently been withdrawn and was able to have a personalised order made up and dispatched that very same day! And at a very reasonable price too.
Honestly, I don’t know what else I can add, whatever problems might have existed in the past have definitely been rectified, and I’ll definitely be ordering again in the near future!

You can’t find a better beard balm

If only you could give negative stars …

If only you could give negative stars … what was once a very good company has become quite the opposite not in terms of product which I’ve never had an issue with but on actual delivery of the products ordered beginning of March and eventually half my order turned up start of June !! excuse after excuse missing items when it eventually does turn up no response to any messages or emails to try and rectify people’s issues seems they can send numerous emails trying to keep or attract new customers but do nothing to help existing customers at all ..great product but not worth the hassle unfortunately I’ve had to resort to going thro PayPal to resolve my own issues with the company

AVOID!! Scam, gives you 101 excuses why you havnt got your order after months of waiting. Says hes closing down business because he cant cope, then next day sends out another promotional offer

Ordered some beard oils and balms in…

Ordered some beard oils and balms in their closing down sale nearly 3 months ago, haven't received any products from them. Complained a month ago, got a grovelling apology, and was told it would be dispatched within days, that the order is now complete, a month later still nothing. Asked for a refund and to cancel my order a week ago, and haven't received a penny back from them. Should say this entire time I've been essentially spammed by them and their latest deals and products.

Stay well clear of this company, what they've done is tantamount to theft!

Edit - I like to be fair and update that I have finally received my order, unfortunately it took 3 months from start to finish, and the products themselves are great. Can't say I'd order from them again due to the bad experience though.

TBH, I have ordered before and the product is good but always taken an age to get my items.
So after the sod story of illness etc placed my order in January. Then in March the closing down announcement. Still haven’t received the order, and now announcing another sale offering 3 day delivery. DONT BE FOOLED. He will never send your order.

AVOID!!!

Ordered a bundle of products in late Nov 2023. A few emails over the following two months saying they were working through it. Then one in Jan saying it was about to be distaptched. That's the last I heard. They do not reply to webform or emails. I am chasing up with Paypal and card issuer. They are now going to close the company in March.

Turning into a Scam Company

Ordered December '23, takes your money, then nothing, no reply to emails, no reply the facebook page. BUT sends out marketing mails saying the order is being sent Friday or Saturday,..everyone will get the same mail, and loads of 'buy my stuff' marketing mails ..this has turned into a scam. Having to pursue with Visa to get a refund. Never again.

Great product , shocking service.

The beard products are fantastic, great quality and I have yet to find a better beard grooming seller.

It is a shame then that the customer service has let the business down.

Appreciate as a sole trader that delays happen and have been very patient waiting almost 3 months for delivery.

Communication however has been poor and despite recieving products my order was not fulfilled and no response to multiple emails to get this resolved.

Disappointingly despite not been able to stay on top of ordes they are still sending out offers by email almost daily, but can't fulfill what they currently have .

Regretfully after using the brand for 3 years will not be returning.

Never again.

Absolutely appalling show handling orders over the last few months. Ordered mid-November, promised the order was processed early December, then... nothing... Emails unanswered, no direct updates on orders that required customers to chase him up over social media, which was the only way to find out what the hell was going on.

Orders were finally fulfilled mid-February. 3 bloody months, and even then I received two balms instead of a butter and a balm.

Used to be a decent brand, now an absolute joke. Never again.

My purchase never arrived

My purchase never arrived after a loooooong wait and the order update finally saying that it's been shipped I never received my items. I think the owner has just given up I would definitely avoid this place and it's a shame too because they did some great stuff but it's gone completely downhill. 👎🏼

Overall a shame about this company…

Overall a shame about this company going down hill, as the products I DID order were pleasant on the whole, I say 'did' because some items were substituted without notifying me and weren't what I wanted. Emails regarding this and to return/replace with actual items were ignored, on top of a long delay in dispatch after order was made [avg 3 month wait] Sadly the items I do like aren't enough to encourage me to use this site again [Used Odinsbeard first, then ArthurJHawke]. Im patient but to a point.

Hugely disappointing after taken over by new owner. No order still after over 2 months since ordering

I had previously ordered multiple times from this company and always been really happy with the service with orders arriving days later and products were great so been recommending them but cannot do it anymore after the shambles going on now.

I ordered some Christmas gifts mid November after their social media claimed anything before end of November would be sent in time for Christmas. Ordered didn’t arrive by then so emailed and got a reply saying it would be made and dispatched on 28th December. This never happened so emailed again in early January and got nothing back. I contacted on social media and got told they’d reply but didn’t. Also emailed again and got nothing back.

Over 2 months since I ordered and not getting replies to emails now so raised this with my bank to get my money back as I don’t think I’m ever getting my order.

Massive shame the business has gone down hill as it was amazing years ago and the products are fab but the guy who’s took it over doesn’t seem to have a clue how to run a business. Just full of excuses and failed promises about struggling to keep on top of orders. Biggest joke was when he claimed he’s going to have full prices in new year to get on top of orders and deter new business, yet constantly sends emails (sometimes every day) promoting new offers and free gifts to get more orders in January 🤔

Customer service stinks

Ordered before Christmas, got half my order. Sent multiple emails, finally got a response, would send on the 28th. That never happened. More emails sent, not read never mind replied to. Contact form on website filled in and sent, no response at all. But they manage to send advertising emails daily. Avoid this company and the sister company odinsbeardcare
